Shipping Methods:

• Delivery- Delivery is available through Northern Fairfield County, Connecticut

• Local Pickup- Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from ReleasebyKaRan@gmail.com to arrange pickup

  Shipping- Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Depending on the size of your order it will either be shipped First Class or Priority. Shipping charges will be automatically charged according to weight. You will be provided with a tracking number

Easy Returns & Exchanges:

While we are sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase, we understand that things do occur. Due to the nature of our business, returns are not accepted unless we made an error fulfilling your order. In this case, you will receive a pre-paid return label. Once we are notified that the item has shipped, we will send your replacement via Priority Mail. All apparel is made to order and cannot be returned. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will try our best to rectify the issue.
